Refund of funds

Refund conditions:

1. If you wish to withdraw the remaining funds from your balance, you can submit a refund request at any time, and the specified amount will be returned within 2–3 business days, excluding fees charged by the payment system, as well as excluding bonuses credited to your balance under the bonus program. Funds will only be returned using the same payment method they were received, unless another method has been agreed upon.

2. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services or products provided, within 14 days from the date of payment you can submit a request for a refund. A full refund of the entire amount to your current balance is guaranteed. If you simply wish to make some changes to your subscription — just write to finance@roboforex.su

3. Any disputable issues can be sent to finance@roboforex.su

4. To initiate the refund procedure, you must submit a request or send a message via the feedback form indicating your username, the amount in US dollars to be refunded, and specify the type of refund described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this document, as well as, to avoid inaccuracies, indicate where you need the funds to be returned (full withdrawal to your bank account in accordance with paragraph 1 or to your current balance if paragraph 2 applies). Additional documents may be required.

To improve the quality of service, if a situation described in paragraph 2 occurs, we ask you to indicate the specific reason, but this is NOT a mandatory condition for completing the refund procedure.
